In no event shall the seller be liable for any damage due to improper use, bad installation or incorrectly stored.
The buyer shall carry out a thorough inspection of the goods on receipt of delivery .If you choose to leave with a neighbour they will be held to count if the items are unchecked.If you wish it to be left unsigned we are not to be held responsible for any items damaged. Please notify the seller within 24 hrs of any defects which a reasonable examination would have revealed. The buyer shall not be entitled to reject the goods in whole or in part after such date.

Returns Policy: You have a statutory 'cooling off' period of seven business days from the day you receive the goods ( not within 7 days of receipt ) in which time you should notify us that you wish to cancel their order with you and a refund be given upon return of the goods. Any returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge
The seller shall not be liable for damages assessed after acceptance of the goods, except when the buyer establishes proof that the damage is due to a defect in materials or workmanship. In any case, the liability of the seller is limited to a period of 1 year and, to the choice of the seller, to replacement of the goods or refunding of the concerned goods.
